Exhaustion

I ran this morning, in the rain.  1.17 miles.  It’s not a lot, but it’s better than 0.  I will do this the rest of the week, then schedule two longer runs on the weekend.

I haven’t been running.  Not much, not consistently.  I used M’s visit as an excuse, although I did manage to get in a few, short runs since the half marathon.  My last run was August 7th.
