I’ve been rising early this week to get my training in before work. By the time I have time to write something, all I want to do is sleep!
Promise to write something useful today though. Hey, at least I’ve been getting my training in, right?

This morning I filled out and returned the Week 1: Assessing Your Current Fitness page, which will help the coaches figure out what to do with 65 runners and walkers of varying capabilities. Soon we’ll have the call times and I can get that on the schedule.
