My re-run of Tuesday’s route went much better on Thursday. 
Differences:  6:15 AM start time, compared to 7:05 PM.  My hydration level was much better – I made sure to drink plenty of water Wednesday night, even though that meant getting up once during the night to visit the bathroom.  Also, drank some water and chewed [...]
