My leg is feeling much better now, and I fully expect to be lacing up my shoes for training runs both Saturday and Sunday.

I want to give a big shout out to my Mom, who got on her (at least) 15-year-old bike today, and rode to work, about 4 miles away.  For the first time!  She has to cross a few major streets in her area, and I’m very proud of her for giving it a go.
